Healthy and Fun

Cycling as a national sport has never been so popular. It ticks all the right boxes for everyday living; it is healthy and improves our stamina; and at the same time being environmentally friendly. It consumes no petrol - apart from calories! – and eases congestion in towns and cities.

It is also a family friendly sport, as families young and old can jump on their Ghost Mountain Bikes together, enjoying themselves as a family unit, whilst enjoying the countryside and scenery. Cycling as a family instils the right habits in small children, promoting exercise and healthy living.

And there are plenty of opportunities to cycle! The most basic is using your cycle for your daily lives, to get to work and to do the shopping. It takes a little discipline for the first few weeks after which you will feel like a pro. It will enhance your health, making you feel fitter and ready for life.

Other people prefer to take their cycling off road, heading off into the countryside or mountains. At least you will have burned off the calories for the picnic! There is no better way to spend a weekend, cycling in the beautiful countryside, setting up camp at night and just enjoying the experience.
